About Me:

Hi, I’m Capt. Charlie Tindall, a second-generation fly fishing guide and the founder of StayFly. I’ve lived in the Florida Keys for most of my life, honing my skills and deepening my love for the incredible fisheries of this unique region.

For the past 15 years, I’ve guided anglers of all levels out of World Wide Sportsman in Islamorada, one of the premier fishing destinations in the world. With more than 30 years on the water locally, I’ve developed an intimate knowledge of the flats, backcountry, and the famed Everglades National Park—all home to the “Big Five” inshore gamefish: Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, Redfish, and Snook.

Being a second-generation guide, fly fishing isn’t just my profession—it’s a family tradition and a lifelong passion. I’m proud to carry on that legacy by providing world-class, personalized guided trips that help anglers connect with one of the most technical and rewarding fisheries on the planet.

Whether you’re after the Florida Keys Grand Slam or want to develop your saltwater fly fishing skills, I’m here to tailor each trip to your needs, ensuring you have an unforgettable experience on the water.
